We are out-of-network with all other insurance providers.
Payment is collected at the time of your visit for the doctor's services.
Other services such as Pap smears, lab tests, and imaging are billed to your insurance.

What happens if I need surgery?
If you have Traditional Medicare, everything will be billed to your insurance.
If you have any other insurance plan and need to have surgery,
you would pay the surgeon's fee directly to Dr. Kane
and the hospital or surgery center would bill your insurance
for all the rest (facility fee, anesthesia fee, and supplies).
We also offer in-office surgery, which can significantly reduce costs.
